Through living ethically, deepening meditation, and developing an understanding of the nature of human experience, you can bring more joy and less suffering to your life. Meditation Sitting Groups

Being a part of a sitting group is a wonderful way to support your own meditation practice and support others in their practice. Sitting groups are specifically for people who have taken one of our courses and do not need beginning instruction.
