Mindful Movement – Hatha Yoga Groups
Join Hannah for Mindful Movement. Enhance your well-being, compliment your sitting meditation practice, and increase your mindfulness while moving your body. The class is built upon basic Hatha yoga postures that are accessible to everyone. While moving between poses, we will be investigating with curiosity, our breath, body sensations and noticing what goes on in the mind, without judgment.

Mindful movement is a 60-minute class that begins with a centering practice followed by instruction in gentle Hatha yoga and ends with a short guided breath meditation. Through the entire experience, you are invited to bring care and kindness to this mind-body connection.
Cost: 15.00 per class
You can pay through PayPal at the time of registration. Space is limited to 8 participants.
